A aimé Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good sized pitches all gravel hard standing, water supply close to the pitch, weather made our stay even better, we’ve been here before and will definitely be back again, thank you

A aimé I don’t like leaving positive reviews on this site! As it encourages people to book making it more difficult for me to book 🥹 this site is a true gem, me the wife and our Frenchie absolutely adore this site, although on this occasion we didn’t manage to get there ( work commitments 🙄) we’ve been numerous times before, granted there’s no toilet / shower facilities but this is more than reflected in the price and is made clear before booking, the pub more than makes up for the lack of facilities, the food is amazing, the staff are welcoming and friendly with a great selection of beverages 👍 we’d recommend the breakfast as well which is delivered to your van, awesome touring site and a short walk into Horncastle with its many bars and restaurants 👌👍

A aimé Another great weekend at the Durham Ox, does exactly what it says on the tin, lovely spacious pitches, super friendly staff, a great walk into Horncastle with its many bars and eateries, The food in the Durham Ox is amazing, granted it doesn't have any toilet/ shower facilities but that is more than reacted in the price, will be back again and again, Thank you

A aimé Exceptional, friendly staff, excellent facilities, outdoor and indoor pool, impeccably clean, lovely walks into nearby Dawlish/ Dawlish warren and Cockwood, well stocked shop (missing a trick with BBQ packs though) most dog friendly site we've visited, would have no problems recommending this site to everyone, and the weather was kind to us as well 😀

A aimé Excellent location, nice walks into looe and Polperro, lovely views from site dependent on pitch allocation, staff very helpful, venue opening hours a little disappointing but that maybe because we visited out of season, lovely clean facilities, well stocked shop, says pet friendly but maybe not as friendly as we are used to (nowhere to sit in adverse weather for a beer with your pet) but overall a great place to visit
