N'a pas aimé Hot water - There never seemed to be much hot water, just enough warmish water to do washing-up

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi Simon, Thank you for your review and for the lovely comments about the site, especially the spacious hardstanding pitch, peaceful surroundings, communal fire-pit and cleanliness of the facilities. I’m sorry the hot water wasn’t as hot as you would have liked. Our washing-up area is supplied by a 10-litre hot-water boiler, so during busy periods or after consecutive use it can occasionally take a little time to reheat. I’ll certainly keep an eye on this to make sure it’s working as it should. Thank you again for staying with us at Twin Oaks, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. All the best, Tom
