A aimé Alan was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, we Enjoyed Pizza night on the Friday. The space the children had to run around and play was great. They enjoyed going to see Tony the pony and even able to help muck out.

N'a pas aimé How close we were to the train track. Extremely loud at night time and first thing in the morning, trains were even going through at 3am. It was entertaining for the children during the day, however awful for us adults making it difficult to sleep as it was extremely loud (directly behind our tent). Aesthetically, to look at, the shower and toilet area looked funky and modernised, unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned at all during our 3 days there. With the cat sanctuary so close behind the pitch, we thought this would be quite cool to hear them at times, they only really came to life during the night when we were trying to sleep, so that cool thought quickly turned into frustration when you were kept up by roaring at night

Réponse du gestionnaire : Oh dear, so the toilets and did not get replenished with toilet rolls hand soap or hand drying towels etc. the showers were not cleaned or dried out floors not cleaned or mopped. I am not quite sure what site you were on. Funny isn't it that you were asked to report to ourselves if you had any concerns or worries especially with the showers or toilet area, You were asked if everything was ok and you said yes, you showed no concerns what so ever. our facilities are checked every 2 hours and more often if it is wet. Just to remind you your stay was 2 days not 3. Unfortunately we have no control over the noise our neighbours make at 3 am. Meow.
