Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your review. I take on board what you say about the condition of the games equipment. Believe it or not, it had all been replaced the week before. Unfortunately, some people, possibly unsupervised children, seem to take pleasure in, or feel the need to, destroy everything. It is very disheartening to have the room all tidy and everything set up, only to return four hours later and find the table tennis tables moved halfway across the room with the legs bent, the table football table in pieces, all the balls thrown outside, and the ping-pong balls squashed and the bats peeled. We don’t charge for the use of the games room. It is a great space for those Scottish summer days when the sun just doesn’t make it out and it’s a wee bit wet! However, because of the actions of a few unsupervised children, everyone’s enjoyment is spoiled. We will, of course, continue to do our best to keep the room and equipment in good condition, but we would really appreciate parents making sure that children using the room are supervised and treat the equipment with care. Thank you again for your feedback, and I’m sorry that the condition of the equipment affected your experience.
