A aimé Utensils etc - they provided a kettle (with a small selection of teas and coffees) pots and pans, plates and cutlery, small fridge caddy Fire - the basket of firewood was a good amount. There was also a couple of blocks to ignite the fire as well as a lighter Size and pitch - the size of the tent was good for 3 people. We also enjoyed the size of the pitch, with our own parking area as well as a nice seating area around the fire

N'a pas aimé Bed - the mattress is super thin and super firm. It’s like sleeping on the floor with a blanket as padding Cleanliness - There was an old wrapper, a piece of food and some chewed up gum left in our tent under the bedside tables. The floor underneath the carpet was very wet, and full of bugs, so we had to keep shoes on inside the tent Misleading info - there is no restaurant on site. There is a cafe on the zoo site but no restaurant. We went to Broughton shopping park for food Confirmation - pitchup mentions you will receive a confirmation email 7 days before your arrival….. I emailed to check the day before and was told I will receive a confirmation tomorrow…..10am on arrival day it came through. That’s cutting it close when check in is 11:30
