A aimé Clean shower block & warm. Nice area. Wildlife. Good cafe. Safe area. Plentry of room to camp. Book library.

N'a pas aimé No sockets in shower (wife needed this). Outside wash area 1 sink under bird nest & often had bird poo around. Not organised for pitch allocations, almost chose when you arrive, but unless you leave stuff behind, someone else can rock up where you were.

A aimé Lets start with check-in. Emails in morning of day. Really friendly & very helpful staff at check in. Lots of info to hand. Shower block brilliant, best I've ever seen. Lots of thought gone into this. Beautiful grounds. Lots of wildlife.(Osprey, Red kites,mice, little birds) Good walks near by. Nice scenery. Close to Machynlleth. Request bus stop outside camp (it does work, flagging bus down). We'll kept grounds. Love it there. 10/10. Oh a & wifi too.

A aimé Nice flat pitches. Plenty if room between tourers. Nice pub. Secure. WiFi. Nice views. Easy access to Abergavenny. Good size shower/toilet block. Friendly staff. Good meals in pub too.

N'a pas aimé Pay for showers with token system £1 =6 mins. Only 1 washing up sink. 1 outside tap (which could do with a short hose attached) wash area needs a few hooks (not above hand dryer) to hang towel. Need to install 2nd w/up sink.

A aimé Site very spacious between pitches. Lots of greenery around. Good shower/toilet block & washing up area. Including laundry area. Shop on site. Good check-in- emails sent. Small map of site & help line to owners (live on site). Good walks to Coleford & symonds yat. Site split up in several fields which is good.

N'a pas aimé Shower block area needs a few shelves or hooks for wash bags & to hang towels. Very minor things but would be good.

A aimé Good size pitch. Great views. Peaceful, quiet & relaxing. Rustic & wildlife lovely. Good facilities. Easy access to Dawlish area. Free washing machine. Hot water in showers.

N'a pas aimé Heating not on in shower block. I was ok but wife didn't like that. When it rained red earth became a pain treading in van.
