A aimé The site as a whole was lovely. Very family friendly with lots of areas for all varieties of families. The staff were welcoming and very attentive as we had a issue with the pitch assigned to us and they allowed us to move to another pitch without any issues. It was also handy having an onsite shop as well as walking distance to other eateries if you don't fancy eating at the onsite restaurant.

N'a pas aimé We had issues with the WiFi as it didn't work in the area we were pitched. The hardstanding pitches were a bit uneven and had damaged electric boxes. The first pitch we were put on had been dug up due to a water leak.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the park lovely and family-friendly, and especially pleased that our team were welcoming and attentive when you experienced an issue with your original pitch. Being there to help our guests and find a solution when something isn’t quite right really is in our nature. It’s also great to hear that you found the onsite shop convenient and enjoyed having plenty of options for eating both on and around the park. We’re sorry, however, to hear about the Wi-Fi connection, uneven hardstanding and the condition of the electric boxes in your area. We also appreciate your comments regarding the original pitch being affected by work following a water leak. Feedback like this is really useful and helps us identify areas that may need further attention from our park teams. Thank you again for your balanced feedback, and we hope to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future!

A aimé The location was good and peaceful. The site and facilities were very clean and tidy. The pitch size was good and we were able to park the car on the pitch. There was a food truck and coffee shop onsite. The food truck was amazing and we really enjoyed the food we had from the them. Having free WiFi on site was brilliant and had no issues with connection.

A aimé The location was lovely and had great views. The pitch size was great. It's not very often that you are able to park the car on the pitch too. The washing up area was good, toilets were clean and the shower suites were a good size. Having free WiFi available on the site was great but at times it would drop out and take a while to reconnect. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the onsite restaurant. There was also an option of fish and chips and pizza which were available on alternative nights. There was live entertainment on alternative nights and silent disco. The onsite shop was very well stocked and had everything and anything you may need.

N'a pas aimé Although the pitch size was great, we were on an end pitch which was on the road side of the site which at times had heavy traffic of vehicles and people passing by our caravan. On our last evening we were looking forward to the treat of a milkshake but when we went to order we were told that the kitchen was closed and had started the clean down, understandable if they were listed as a dessert but as they are listed in the drinks menu we thought they would still be served.
