A aimé Nice and peaceful site, clean toilets and showers. Lovely cafe which was open from 9am to 4pm serving decent breakfast/burgers etc

N'a pas aimé LIGHTING!!! Completely pitch black when sun went down nothing was lit up so quite hard to navigate around site. Apart from that a little kids play area would be a huge bonus and maybe the reason we would return. Otherwise it’s a bit pricey at £37 a night for no more than the 2 lakes for fishing and cafe. Nice site nevertheless :)

A aimé Loads of activities for the kids, decent sized pitches. Plenty of toilets which the staff were trying to keep on top of so cleanliness was ok.

N'a pas aimé Electric scooters are a big problem obviously on this site as on numerous occasions we were nearly crashed into by a few individuals riding around recklessly including young children. Do think the site should do something about this rather than just saying there’s a clear ban for them. Dedicating a member of staff to keep on top of this wouldn’t be hard. Also £5 for 1 single swim nappy is completely out of this world so rethinking some of the prices for items they sell would also be a bonus. Apart from all of that it was a nice week

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the lovely comments about our activities, pitch sizes and toilet facilities. It’s great to hear that you had a nice week overall and noticed the hard work our teams put into keeping the facilities clean and well maintained. We completely understand your concerns around electric scooters and reckless riding, particularly when young children are involved. Electric scooters are not permitted on the park, and we do have clear signage and park rules in place. Our teams and security do challenge inappropriate use when it is seen, and we’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant team. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the swim nappy pricing. We’ll pass this on to the relevant team for consideration. It’s in our nature to listen to our guests and continually look at ways we can make the park safer and more enjoyable for everyone. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another great stay!
