A aimé Friendly staff Large sized pitch (touring electric) Close to Roman Fort

N'a pas aimé Touring Pitches were just sandy and barely any grass. Advertised as dog friendly but dogs only allowed in small part of bar/restraunt (no entertainment or activities in there) until that closed around 8:30 and were unable to enter showbar or arcade with dog. Washing water in dishwashing room barely came out. Large numbers of sign written vans onsite. Toilets checked in mornings only and filthy by end of the day. Arcade was very limited. Only 90 mins of children's entertainment per day in showbar and very repetitive. Mini golf had holes closed, the electric car track near mini golf was closed as the cars were broke. No shop on site at yare.

A aimé Good sized pitch, good value for money, area to wash dishes near to showers and toilets, play park for the children close to the bar, kids eat for £1 with each adult main, friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful and courteous. Play park although looked imposing, was quite safe for our smaller kids.

N'a pas aimé Need more toilets and showers, maybe on the other side of the camping area. Water didn't stay hot in shower, not a secure site (no security checking) whole park was accessible to anyone. Possibly a barrier needed after main car park with passes given to staying guests. Water splash area only turned on when the weather got higher than 20°, so we only had one day where the kids could use it. Could have been useful to have a small shop on site to pick up emergency bits, milk, water etc.
