A aimé Ahh, I liked everything about this pitch. It was lovely that it was small and cosy. The pub was very welcoming- we had an evening meal - I had cannelloni -spinach and ricotta and hubster had Cajun creamy chicken - both meals were really nice. Got to say that the lady that greeted us on arrival was really pleasant as were all the staff that we encountered on our stay . We also had a breakfast at the little shop at the top which is a fantastic little canteen and deli shop- it appears to be well used by the local community which made the ambience really special and comfortable - nice breakfast (sausage was burnt but still edible!!) (no pots for me so not complaining). Hubby has mobility problems so the hill to the camper plots could be difficult if you are on the higher plots but we were not, he did ok but it was a bit of a struggle. We would 100% return here if in the vicinity.

N'a pas aimé Bit hilly for us but worth the return. Thought the electric charge a little high but can understand it (in winter period)

A aimé I liked that it had all the facilities I needed on the site. Wash pot area, showers, toilets, EHU and the communication prior to arriving was spot on. We had a lovely meal in the Red, nicest chips we had in years!!! Makes a change to have real colour and taste!!

N'a pas aimé I disliked nothing.

For future guests, we’d like to clarify that our campsite is a traditional rural grass site, and we advise all guests before booking that the ground is naturally uneven in places. Our shared toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and restocked daily, and we also provide mops, cleaning products and notices asking guests to help keep the facilities tidy between cleans, as a small number of inconsiderate users can unfortunately affect them very quickly.

A aimé The Area, the Sanctuary, the size of the pitch and convenience of water tap!
