N'a pas aimé Hat einen kleinen Spielplatz, jedoch fehlte die Schaukel und es war etwas ungepflegt. Die Toiletten waren sehr schmutzig und es wurde spät erst gereinigt, es hatte keine Abfallbehälter und die Leute waren teilweise zu faul ihren selbst produzierten Müll mitzunehmen und liessen ihn dort einfach liegen. Frechheit!

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi, I'm sorry that you had to expereince such poor conditions in the toilets. Some of our guests have been very dirty/destructive. On the Tuesday it was my day off (I am the only full-time member of staff) and as you say, the facilities were neglected as the cleaner failed to turn-up, I was off-site and not notified until 7.30pm, at which time I returned to site and cleaned the facilities - maybe not as effecient as a professional cleaner. I hope that we can impress you on your next visit :-)
