A aimé Amazing campsite. The woman at reception was absolutely amazing, so kind and chatty. The toilets were always clean and there was plenty of them. Park onsite. The farm shop is also worth a look. I previously read a review complaining about not being allowed music, however, I did not experience this issue. Very laidback with the rules which I did not expect having read the rules. Probably the nicest and cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen when camping. Also, is very close to the town making it a nice walk or a very quick drive.

N'a pas aimé Very little to say. The main thing I did not like was being asked what sized tent I was bringing and being told a max of 3m x 3m. This was not an issue when i arrived on site but almost made us not book this campsite as my tent is bigger than the max size. I also think it would’ve been nice if there were bbqs/campfires you could borrow.

A aimé Toilets and showers cleaned daily. Kitchen had everything you could need so makes less of a worry over forgetting to bring something. BBQs and wood readily available so you can have a fire whenever. Lovely people too.

N'a pas aimé very little to say but could have only wished that more of the field was mowed as there was only a small strip which meant other camper were really close. Not ideal if you’re people who go to bed late.

Regarding the grass, we do have a large camping field available, with many pitch options beyond the riverside strip. Naturally, the river pitches tend to be the most popular! During your stay we were also growing and preparing silage for our cows, which meant parts of the field were intentionally left uncut. We hope to welcome you back again soon. 😊🚜
