Réponse du gestionnaire : Dear Brian, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations, particularly the Wi-Fi, TV reception and the issues you experienced with your pitch. Had you brought these concerns to our attention or contacted the warden during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to look into the situation and try to put things right for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
