A aimé The entertainment was spot on. Kids enjoyed it

N'a pas aimé The site could do with reg plate recognition. Anyone could come and go. There needs to be speed limit signs of 5mp al over the site. Just one 10mph sign on entry but cars were flying up and down the site with kids running around from blind spots around caravans especially in the touring part. Big accident waiting to happen. I was surprised how fast cars were driving through the site with kids playing so that needs enforcing. Merchandise from the characters onside I found really expensive. No space foe the working mum or dad who wanted to use WiFi and catch up on emails/calls. A small space or coffee corner where adults can go for quiet time or work/ calls woukd be a great addition Has great potential to be a good site but with some little changes could be great.

A aimé Great family site with a good layout.good for watching the kids play and get involved with the animals.

N'a pas aimé The owners were very present to the point we felt like we were being watched. While I understand they have to be attentive to keep onto of the site I felt we were being watched like other comments have mentioned.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for your review and overall score. However, we are really sorry you felt like this way about our presence on site. Typically we check bins and the toilet block very regularly throughout the day, both of which were within eye-sight of your pitch, which may have increased your awareness of our presence. We also try to walk around the site once in the evening with our dogs, mainly because we like to be sociable with our guests, but also to check that fire pits are being used sensibly. Being surrounded by trees, this is a very important safety issue. We apologise that we made you feel uncomfortable. I have looked back through other guests' comments from the last couple of years and couldn't find any others that mention this.
