N'a pas aimé Pitches were on a slant and difficult to get caravan in safe position but other pitches were perfect

We're sorry to learn that you found your pitch to be on a slant, which made positioning your caravan more difficult. As you noted, some pitches are more level than others. Had you spoken to Reception during your stay, we would have been happy to check availability and see if an alternative pitch could have been offered. Thank you again for your feedback. N'a pas aimé The water connection was not very close and cudnt find the elsan disposal. For a fully serviced pitch I wouldn't say it was the best

Réponse du gestionnaire : hI, Thank you for your review, each pitch has a tap adjacent to the pitch which is on the same post as the pitch electric which is approximately 6 meters from the far side of each pitch so i am unsure what length hose you had or is location on your vehicle. the elsan point is adjacent to the toilet block which is passed on the way into the pitch area and as the site is in a circle is maximum 60 meter away from the furthest pitch but we are very pleased you would recommend us and return again and trust you had a safe onward journey kind regards oakwood team

N'a pas aimé Young kids on electric bikes then adults on electric large off road bikes tearing up the roads so unable to let my child out. The amenities are dates and 2 sinks full and unable to use.
