A aimé A great pop up campsite. Great views towards the coast and can just see the sea. Toilets and showers were exceptionally clean and the outdoor basins too. The owners checked in with you to ensure everything was alright. We didn’t have children with us but they are catered for very well. We treated ourselves to pizzas, they were fab, tasty and well presented.

A aimé Spacious quiet pitches with excellent views over the loch. All had electric, water and waste disposal close by. Facilities were excellent, the toilets, showers, wash up and laundry were very clean and tidy. Loved the Sea Kelp handwash and lotion which was provided. The spa was a welcome way to relax after our journey, this included an infinity pool with incredible views, hot tubs, sauna and indoor pool. We ate in the restaurant which was fine dining overlooking the marina. Walks/dog walks directly from the site. Overall highly recommend and will definitely return again.

A aimé Spacious flat pitches. Toilets and showers are not too far from all the pitches. Toilets very clean. Wardens very friendly and welcoming.

A aimé Friendly and welcoming staff, great knowledge of the area. The pitch was spacious, hard standing EHU, which backed onto the lake so great views. Toilets, showers and washing up area clean, with plenty of hot water. The showers are included on the cost and hairdryers are also provided. There is a washing machine and dryer on site. Dark skies a d quiet at night. A variety of walks directly from the campsite. 2 for 1 entry to Castle Howard included with our booking, which we took of advantage of, we also had a lovely lunch in the courtyard cafe which was delicious. Will definitely return.

A aimé A great location, clean facilities and well stocked honesty shop. The site was well kept. Shower block is newly built. Arrive and choose your own pitch. There a picnic benches for your use on area, hill, to the side of the tent pitches. Some pitches are on a slight incline, this wasn’t a problem for us. Can walk to Ravenscar/Robin Hood’s Bay or to Hayburn Wyke via the cinder track and coastal pat

A aimé The location was superb, we were lucky to have a sea view. The site was very quiet, very little other noise. The shower and toilet block is newly built with a well stocked honesty shop where the previous showers were located. The shop had an everything from a great selection of cheeses, bacon to toiletries and camping products. Pitches were flat. This was our 2nd visit, previous one before the campsite was extended, will definitely be back.

A aimé A warm welcome on arrival. Was advised we could choose any of the hard standing pitches, a must considering the wet conditions from the New Year. Electric point easy to access. Toilet/shower, each was individual, which on this occasion was more than ample but not sure when it is busy. They were very clean and warm. Great indoor wash up area, bins and recycling easily accessible. Great views and no road noise from the main road.
