A aimé The bar and restaurant and coffee shop were excellent. The venue looked great although we never visited that.

N'a pas aimé The shower at the bottom end of the site needs some maintenance. The door does not lock and blows open mid-shower. Quite amusing, for everyone else!

N'a pas aimé The shower at the far end of the site (nearest to where we were) needs some maintenance. Also there should be water for rinsing portable toilets which is separate from the drinking supply.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Perhaps you could have asked the staff if there was a problem with the shower it requires code to gain access and is limited to the EHU pitches only. The very large above ground water tank 1000Lt next to the portable toilet tank is to rinse your toilet out and is not near the fresh drinking water tap or hot pot wash for obvious reasons but cant really be missed if you used the portable waste tank! All the locations of the facilities are on the MAP you were given on arrival and after a 7 day stay I am surprised you didn't bring any of these issues to my attention or any member of staff's. You failed also to mention any of these matters when you came into the reception for your EHU rebate on leaving the site. I f you still have your map of the site please do take a look for future reference should you wish to visit again. Ps thanks for your recommendations to family and friends

N'a pas aimé Site manager cancelled our visit within a few hours of our stay and refused to refund us. They do not answer emails and looking at other reviews the site manager is sarcastic and refuses to accept any criticism. Take a quick peek at the site and you'll see it's a dump.

I’ll have a word with his almighty to stop the rains next time… or you Could maybe bring an Ark just to be on the safe side .. We do offer an alternative date which we don’t have to but try accommodate. Thanks for your kind review. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
