A aimé Good shop and a great pool. Hard standing makes it hard to pitch a tent but good for caravan. EHU good. Toilets good. Showers 10 second push button. Location is good away from the main tourist center with good local restaurants nearby. Boat trip to the caves was fun.

N'a pas aimé Noisy at night. 10 second showers. Over the top security wristbands were of no use whatsoever. Lots of revving motorbikes were annoying. Slow queue at check in. WiFi useless again.

A aimé Really beautiful location. Super easy to check in and set up. Loved the local town great shops and bars. Campsite has a nice rural feel to it. Grass pitches and easy in and out. WiFi actually worked for one.

N'a pas aimé The EHU was badly grounded and I got a shock off the caravan. I told the staff and they came over but didn’t try to fix it. We hooked up to numerous campsites before and after and never had this issue. I circuit checked all my stuff and it was all ok. So it must’ve been that particular box.

Cuando nos comunicaste la incidencia, nuestro personal acudió para atenderte y te indicó que no tocaras la instalación mientras se comprobaba la situación. En las comprobaciones realizadas, los cuadros eléctricos funcionaban correctamente. También te indicamos que, si tenías algún problema con la conexión, podías utilizar otra toma de corriente, aunque nos comentaste que no necesitabas electricidad. En todo momento intentamos atenderte y ofrecerte alternativas. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos que hayas compartido tu experiencia con nosotros. A aimé Location is ok. Waterfall nearby walking distance. Decent shop

N'a pas aimé They had building work on our pitch and adjoining pitches every day. Cement mixer and jackhammer and angle grinder. I appreciate they need to do work at times but they could’ve warned us and situated us somewhere else.

N'a pas aimé Long windy road up the hill with a caravan watch out for road closures. But easy enough in good weather. Would hate to do it in the rain.
