A aimé A warm welcome and informative too, level spacious pitches. Everything so clean and well looked after. The easiness of walking to Hornsea along the trail. We don’t normally stay on caravan parks with children (because of bad previous experiences). But we came with grandchildren after reading the good reviews. It is a quiet site considering there are children on it. A definite one to book in the future

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you so much for such a lovely review! We're especially pleased to hear that, despite having had some poor experiences with caravan parks and children in the past, you decided to give us a try with your grandchildren and that White Cottage Holiday Park exceeded your expectations. That really does mean a lot to us. We're delighted you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, spacious pitches and the easy walk into Hornsea along the trail. We work hard to create a park where families can enjoy themselves while still being considerate of other guests, so it's wonderful to hear you found it so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for your kind comments about the welcome, cleanliness and how well kept everything was. It's lovely to hear that you'll be booking with us again in the future! We really appreciate you choosing White Cottage Holiday Park and hope to welcome you and your grandchildren back again soon. 😊 Katie and Team

A aimé Spacious pitches and a warm welcome. The reason I chose this site was because of the reviews and terms and conditions. Majority of reviews saying a great quiet site etc. in the terms and conditions in capital letters no music allowed. Great this is the site for us no music and peaceful which it was till Friday teatime. A tent pitched up 2 pitches away from us and started playing music loudly. My husband stipulated that no music was allowed on this site to which to be fair they turned it down but we could still hear it and this went on till after 11 pm, so the next morning we got up and left early before 8 am. If a site says no music then that should be adhered to. The site either needs to stick to this rule or ask for no music after a certain time. It was a big disappointment for us as we were going to return later in the year, but we dislike listening to other people’s music when all we want is a peaceful and quiet time whilst away

A aimé Great site it is one of our favourites which is close to home. We Had to have help to jump start our car and it was no problem for them to help us straight away. Smashing little bar on site with reasonably priced drinks. See you later in the year

A aimé A lovely little site, it’s very quiet which we like but it’s still within 10 minutes away from the beach. We liked the fact that we could choose our own pitch which are very level. A great place for the dogs both on the site and the surrounding area. The facilities are immaculate the best we’ve ever been on. We will definitely be back next year

A aimé A lovely quiet little site, all the pitches are level, the toilet and shower blocks are immaculate. The are hosts extremely friendly. Our friends were coming the next day and after asking they were allowed to come on site early in the morning which we thought was very kind of them to allow this. This is a definite site that we will be returning to.

N'a pas aimé It’s not a dislike at all, but the bins could do with labelling on them for recycling purposes

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for the review I'm not sure the poor overall score of 2/10 reflects the positive sentiment your comments. Rebecca & Patrick

A aimé Everything there’s nothing to dislike. The pitches are very large and level. A lovely quiet little site, a little gem. Gary and Julie are very warm and welcoming. There’s the Alapacas bar too on site which is a bonus. It’s Not far from lovely walks, we went on the Viking way with stunning views and not too far from the beach either. We will be returning with our friends next year definitely

A aimé Absolutely everything, a little gem of a site, a lovely quiet campsite, the pitches are level, there's walks around the two lakes, a dog walking area, a picnic area. I especially liked the little handmade touches we spotted around the lakes, like hand painted pebbles, signs, brushes for the benches, little ornamental creatures, a fairy garden. There's a little shop that's sells handmade goods plus all the information you need for around the area. The toilets and showers and washing up are are lovely and clean. Jackie and John are very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. This is a site that we'll be coming back to year after year
