N'a pas aimé The managers attitude, On the website and on the confirmation I received from pitch up it stated check in anytime up until 10pm, we arrived at 12.15 and the manager was very abrupt and said we are not open till 2, he looked very grumpy and not welcoming at all

A aimé The clean shower block, pull chain in showers, lovely warm water and the shower heads in toilets The beach bar was nice, friendly staff too

N'a pas aimé Wasn’t impressed with the pitches, both pine woods and beach pitches are quite tight. The pool bar wasn’t great, weeds coming through all the paving slabs and the parasol above was filthy, not a nice look. 2 hrs at the beach cost us £50 for 2 loungers & 1 umbrella

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the beach service, we’d like to clarify that the beach is private and managed directly by the campsite, which is why sunbeds and umbrellas are available at an extra cost. However, it's always possible to use the public, free-access beaches located just a short walk from the campsite. The daily rate for a beach setup with one umbrella and two sun loungers is €26. We also appreciate your comments on the pool bar area — we are already planning maintenance improvements, and your note about the parasol will be addressed. Thank you again for your review. A aimé Loved everything about this site, We are opposite the pool in pitch 2, Had a great couple of nights here, Shame this wasn’t our first stop instead of our last because we would have definitely stayed longer. Supermarket, restaurant excellent. Pool stunning, lovely friendly staff

A aimé What a great two night stay we had. The information pack we got when we arrived was very thorough with lots of information. Nice size and level pitches. Such very friendly and helpful staff, all amenities close by and easy to find, park very clean, food great in the old mill. We have stayed at 17 different parks this year and both agreed this was the best, will definitely be booking to visit again next year

A aimé This is our go to site as it’s only 1.5 hrs from us, this was our third visit this year and we’ve booked up for next year too. The managers Sally & Garry are so friendly and go out of there way to help with anything. Lovely clean site, hot showers, nice bar with reasonable price food. Bus stop outside front gate with buses running to cheddar, Wells, Weston. This site is perfect for everything we need.
