A aimé Very easy check-in with information provided via text in advance. Peaceful site with lovely views over fields (road noise did not bother us). Great location for Austwick (pub and hotel with restaurant) and cheese shop/pizza restaurant down the road towards Settle. Also adults only which is a plus!

A aimé Excellent location near to Kirkby Lonsdale and peaceful site.

N'a pas aimé Rather chaotic check-in. We had booked 2 pitches and were told to park right next to each other as though we were in a car park! Pitch markings need renewing as impossible to know where the pitches are. There were lots of empty pitches around the edge of the field and we asked if we could use them but were told we couldn't and were plonked in the middle of the field. Not great for £42 a night.

A aimé Quiet and compact site, nice welcome from the owner and walkable to town. Spacious pitches with nice views.

A aimé We weren't there long enough!

N'a pas aimé Pitch allocated was tiny - we had to shoehorn the van in only to realise that we'd have to get it out again as it was too far to walk anywhere. We gave up and stayed by the loch.

A aimé Small, compact site and well maintained. Added security with keypad barrier.

N'a pas aimé Pitch was a bit tight and not really enough room for caravan plus car. Road noise kept us awake. Would perhaps request a different pitch next time, now that we know the layout.
