Camping male and female toilets were disgusting. They smelt like stale urine and were never cleaned throughout the day. I saw a male attendant mop the floor once at 6am and that was it. We tried to avoid using them and went to the toilets in the entertainment area but that had no toilet roll. The male toilets had no toilet roll or soap. Did not want to brush our teeth because it smelt so bad so had to brush outside.
The site has a noise policy but we had two girl teenagers camping alone next to us and they were screaming and shouting for two nights past midnight. They’re parents were no where to be seen.
Games in the Arcades would take your money but then not let you play because no money was entered into the machine. Theft!
Paid to be pitched next to our friends with another child and we were at opposite ends of the campsite so we had to go back and asked to be moved as already requested when we booked. What a pain.
Seagulls were squawking at 4am which is fine but we hardly slept because they were so loud pecking at everyone’s rubbish that had been left out.
Was given passes to get into the facilities but no one ever checked them so anyone off the campsite could have come in! Where is the security in that?
Would not recommend going here unless you’re not bothered about hygiene, noise or security and safety of your children.
Definitely not for people without children!
