Swimming pool didn’t have many family changing bathrooms, also the showers in the pool were shocking. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!!

The showers and toilets were very kept clean and tidy which is a must for me. Staff were friendly eating out at redcutters restaurant was very enjoyable nice and relaxed atmosphere. The pitches were of good size too.

The receptionist was not helpful. It was raining when we arrived, so I could not pitch my tent I asked if I could get a refund or transfer my booking to another week. I was told no

Very nice campsite, good size pitch. Lot's to do on resort. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower/toilets where clean however could do with updating

We loved the facilities for the children. Great for if it’s raining. Couldn’t fault anything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was mostly clean. Will definitely be going back.

You can’t change the weather. It rained for most of the time we were there but we still had a great time.

Liked the pool and show bar

Very out dated park.toliets was clean but showers was awful you needed to put back on wall just get water on you.also no hairdryer in females but had them in males grass pitches are not looked after as some turned to mud.also for tents they put right next to main road so constantly hearing cars drive beeping horns.the hole place needs updating not just somethings considering this is 1 of biggest parks.there was graffiti all over park didn't look nice.

Close the main complex, not overly crowded.

Toilet facilities could of been cleaner

Staff were friendly. There were a lot of activities to do for children. The atmosphere was really good and was relaxed.

Power went out as Ivan Toney stepped up to take the 4th penalty in the England Euro 1/4 final game.

Pool was really good and loads for kids to do. Site was clean and tidy and had plenty of options for food.

Unfortunately we have entered a complaint as there was an unruly group there who disrupted the evening entertainment, lots of people left, started an argument that was aggressive with poor language and my son 6 years old had to be moved out of the way of pulling chairs and violent behaviour… kids running on and off of the stage and shouting at the entertainment staff.. nothing was. Done to stop the behaviour and it continued over the 2 evenings we were there and we left the bar area and then my name was called for the game on stage to win a holiday and i wasn’t in there because of removing my kids from this environment so another opportunity lost.
The security guards were unable to do anything and the parents/family were videoing the behaviour and laughing and not listening to anyone.
Both Chloe and Brooke who were on the stage did a fab job of trying to keep the entertainment going but it had just gone too far.
Such a shame. Also our pitch was too far away from the electric point and we had paid for an electric pitch,
