The pitch was lovely and spacious and there were plenty of play areas for the kids to enjoy. They made friends easily.
They loved the pony riding.
The shower, washing up , washing and toilet block were brilliant all kept very clean.

Would like to see a slightly earlier quiet time as a family site where they are young children , most sites say quiet at ten and silent by eleven.

Doesn’t seem to be any obvious information on when things are open each day ie shop, cafe etc

The pitch was flat. Close access to toilets and water. Nice clean toilets and showers. Brilliant playground for children with extras such as a Mobile trampoline company. Lovely warm swimming pool. Loads of things to do such as crazy golf, pitch n put, horse riding, nature trail, woodland trails. Cafe, bar, evening entertainment such as a magician and disco. Close to beach and other activities.

Price of horse riding-£25 for 30minute ride seemed very steep.

We all really enjoyed the facilities as lots to do for the kids and the adults, the swimming Poole was amazing and being able to take the kids on a horse ride was brilliant made some amazing memories for them. The whole place was extremely well run and efficient. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be visiting again.

Our dislike/ frustrating thing was when we went to leave the site for a day trip it was quite hard to exit the site as there was no road signs telling you which road to take as it’s a one way but lots of different turns to take so we did get a little lost, so would be handy for little signs to be placed saying exit this way. I’m very good on directions but with nothing to go on it was hard to work out the way out. Nothing major at all but signal wasn’t great on EE for us and the wifi was very hit and miss but it didn’t affect our holiday.

The site was kept lovely and clean. A well stocked site shop and camping store.

Evening entertainment was very poor. Not able to use the resteraunt on site. Shower cubicles far too small, need family size cubicles.

Amenities were clean and plentiful. Lots to do on site, no need to leave.

Everything , good hard standing pitch as requested, excellent toilet/ shower block , plenty of water taps for top ups . Good farm shop, eating out/takeaway options on-site . Excellent dog walking area .

Nice pitches (good size, flat, water point close). Dog friendly. Good bathroom / wash facilities. Good Wifi. Shop is OK with separate shop for camping gear. Bars are good. Some activities for kids onsite. Good location. Pretty bug free compared to some sites I've been to but that might have been helped by the weather...

Shame there was no restaurant onsite. There's just a pizza van and a baked potato van.

Toilets had some very ugly sights, nowhere to actually get dressed or undressed.
