The pitch was flat and large! Had a pub/ restaurant onsite as well as a small sized swimming pool. The pool offered an inflatable course twice a week. Had parks which were OK.

Toilets were always blocked and dirty. The showers had thick black mould and were dirty.
The chip shop onsite was only open on a weekend and when we did have chips from there they were uncooked and inedible.
Staff ran out of dryer tokens resulting in my washing needing to be rewashed.
Only 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer worked in each block.
Food onsite was overpriced.

Brilliant! My children loved it! 8 and 10. Made loads of friends with children from all around the country.

Pitches are a great size so you dont feel on top of each other.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Crazy golf you can't play in the evening as no one on site to get the clubs and balls from. Might be an idea if you had someone in the evening in the arcade they could supply the clubs. Just a thought

It is a lovely site, nice and quiet. Park layout is good and staff all friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Pitch and put closed too early. Pitch and put grass wasn't looked after properly.
Sad to see the peterarma gone amd replaced with arcade.
Camping site looks tired.
Phone signal was very poor

The kids play park, the swimming pool aqua assault course, the chip shop, small shop, crazy golf, and the toilets with sinks in the cubicles. The location was nice and handy for trips to the nearby coast. The grass was kept immaculate and tidy. Rhe facilities were nice and clean. All staff we encountered were really helpful and friendly

Only one washer out of 3 was operational at the laundry, having to help other visitors locate thier spot due to difficult to find pitch labelling. It would be better if someone physically took you to your pitch on arrival. Disliked the fact our pitch grass with electric was on a Significant slope both down south and to the west side and was a long way from the play park. We needed to buy extra extenders blocks for our caravan feet and raise the front wheel, prior notice to prepare for the slope would have helped us prepare. I feel the womens cubicles in the toilets should all have sanitary waste bins within them and liquid soap at the sinks frequently had ran out. Also at times half of the toilets and shower cubicle lights were off, to save energy I presume, this made seeing difficult. These are not ment as criticism but as things that could be be considered going forward.

The area and cleanliness of the facilities and lovely people

Ataff on reception, one lady was so rude couldn’t find my pitch up details after we had driven 4 plus hours we had to wait nearly half a day which we wasted with kids and dog was not great and having a diabetic and a blue badge holder made life very hard, then manager came and helped and was resolved in a heart beat. Wasn’t a great start to the stay but once we were on our pitch was perfect!

Originally booked through pitchup.com, but then the site was taken over by Park Dean. However, they honoured the booking details and price. Email communication was responsive, and when we arrived, reception was very friendly and allowed us to pitch slightly early.

Pitches were fairly level and accommodated medium to large tents and a car.

Toilet blocks on each field are central, and we didn't have to queue for any, so there were enough.

There is a swimming pool which you no longer need to book and has extended hours to 7 pm, a small park which the kids loved, a clubhouse (with evening entertainment) and shop. The site is well kept and has adequate disposal areas for rubbish and toilet waste.

* Electric hook ups often require running a cable fully across someone pitch and the warden didn't seem bothered by that trip hazard (as that wasn't always behind a tent).
* Toilet/shower blocks needed more regular cleaning and toilet roll/soap refilling more often.
* Shower sensors were temperamental and temperature was too hot at times especially for smal children.
* The swimming pool was freezing and changing rooms smelt like urine and covered in grass (4 out of 5 times). £4.50 per person (regardless or age) and our 3 year old could only manage 30mins each time. They have a policy of 1:1 for under 4, 1:2 for 4-14 so if you are a single adult with more one child you might not be able to swim despite your child's swimming ability. No lifeguard but they do have strict rules and hold up a sign 'no jumping' etc.
* By the end of the stay the field we were on had filled up and it became quite cramped and loud, especially at night.

Friendly reception staff and handy having a shop, bars, pool and entertainment on site. Each field had a good amount of toilets and showers each so never any waiting to use them. Would come again, great location to lots of attractions with plenty to do locally.

Rubbish not cleared away quick enough when overflowing, making the place become messy. Also felt the pitches were quite small and packed in. Showers and toilets could have been cleaned more regularly. Also the shower timers weren’t on long enough so constantly waving hand over sensors that were a bit temperamental. Pool also too cold!!

Cleanliness, friendly staff , huge pitch

A very large group of campers kept us awake till gone 3am on both nights shouting , swearing and arguing amongst themselves. No security guards were seen for our whole stay . Won’t be back
