Amazing location lovely cafe & site

Disappointing facilities
Dirty toilets all weekend & no toilet roll. WiFi strong in cafe no use in Campervan

The staff are welcoming and very friendly, no strict on rules with BBQs, clean facilities, lots of beautiful scenery well worth the stay

Really well located with nice views and good facilities. The cafe is a great haven to rest and enjoy a drink after a day outdoors.

The rain but hardly the campsites fault

great cafe on site and lovely pub just 2 mins walk in Edale village - the old nags head.

facilities might be a bit crowded if the campsite was full.

It was an easy, friendly site, good shop and lovely cafe. Great to have the pub across the road too.

The toilet and shower block had hot water and showers for no extra cost. Can’t beat that after a windy and very muddy day in the peaks 😌
We had a quiet spot for our tent at the top of the field with only a minute away to the on-site cafe, bar and the shop (so handy if you don’t feel like cooking a dinner on one of the evenings!)

The field we were placed on was on the slope, however it’s nothing we haven’t experienced or that could’ve ruined our stay.

Perfect location for walking and really friendly staff. Good clean facilities. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Friendly welcome. Very reasonable price as I was only pitching a one man tent I got a discount. Good location in the peak district.

Toilets and shower block could have been cleaner. No direct parking next to pitch, cars are left on a hard standing next to the field where tents are pitched. Not the fault of the campsite owner but there was selfish people making noise and playing music until the early hours of the morning despite site rules not allowing this. Seems to be a common theme on most campsites I visit now unfortunately!
