This weekend was the third visit to Newfold farm this year. The site is situated in Edale which has a few great pubs and access to fantastic walks in the peaks. The site is well run, has great amenities, the new toilet and shower block and pot washing facilities are first class. Staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Fire pits can be hired so after a days walking you can chill with a beer under the stars. The onsite cafe bistro serves lovely food and good selection of beers, wines and spirits. In the summer the outdoor pizza place serves a great selection, but get in quick as it’s popular. Play areas for kids and pitches for motorhomes and campers are spacious.

The only dislike I have is when I have to go home, because Newfold Farm is such a chilled out site.

The shop and cafe were also lovely, everyone was very friendly.

Facilities were excellent. Clean, large enough so that you weren’t waiting aes for everything. Pot wash inside which is luxury. Super cafe for hearty breakfasts and post walk cakes. And so many brilliant walks right from the site and beautiful views. On site shop was fantastic and a real boon. So good we’re coming back next year

Really friendly staff. Beautiful campsite close to pub, shops, and walks. All types of camping permitted. Great new toilets, which were clean. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Most pitches are on a hill. ( not a like or dislike just info)

Fantastic location in Edale with plenty of walks available from the campsite, and/or a short drive away. Beautiful location, great toilet/shower/washing up facilities, lovely on-site cafe. Great price! Highly recommend!

Not the cheapest, but worth every penny for the location, facilities and staff.

Perfect for walkers and runners lots of beautiful routes from the campsite
