Lovely setting with spectacular views of the Dales. Very good shower/toilet block. Friendly staff. Fires and barbecues allowed

Didnt realise we'd pitched near a barn full of pigs that who had some very noisy arguments in the early hours. Cafe was expensive

All sites were on a slight incline

New toilet block. Quiet, but it was mid week in April. Ideal base for walking from the site. Fab views. Pub across the road.

The views wow, the walks from the campsite are amazing you don’t need to use the car at all, lovely little shop on site very friendly staff. The showers and toilets were very clean and the showers are free that’s a bonus, even the “old” toilets weren’t in the worst condition we have stayed in places that are a lot worse!! Very clean site.

A little more than we usually pay £94.00 for two night is a little steep but it wouldn’t put us of coming back!!

Lovely stay great walks from the site gorgeous views excellent new facilities, one suggestion maybe a mop and bucket or floor squeedgee to clean shower after use as muddy from last person and couldnt clean it before using the shower

Campervan pitches very close to each other felt overcrowded especially when using a fire pit with a motor home right next to our awning felt abit unsafe ! was a shame cos the tent pitches look great very spaced out

Didn’t know we would have to book a hard standing pitch for our tent box as no cars are allowed on the grass

Very pleasant area amenities very clean especially new toilet block. Would deffo go again.
