Lots os space between pitches and long grass gave privacy too. Felt very safe and the children could explore without me worrying about traffic or getting lost. Lovely hot water in the showers :) very clean and tidy everywhere. Attentive site owners. Lovely footpath into mundsley about 25min walk (for little legs)

An extra toilet would have been beneficial (2 for 16 pitches)

This camp site is truly amazing. If you are wanting a quiet, relaxing stay in a beautiful location then this is the place to go. The pitches are spacious and we loved them being edged by the long wild grass, made the pitches feel secluded plus they were all very well spaced out too. The facilities were spotlessly clean and never had to queue even though the site was at capacity over the bank holiday weekend. The owners pop around most evenings and morning, they were very polite, friendly and even took our ice packs away to be re-frozen! 10 minute walk into Mundesley village. The ship inn is a must. View off the beer garden is lovely. We didn’t have food but it certainly looked nice. It’s just a shame they are only open for 1 month a year.

We loved the large spaces set into the high grass, this gave a nice amount of privacy. The shower & toilet area were also good. Everything worked perfectly and was very clean & tidy.

Just minor things - Occasionally the showers were cold and the hot water from the toilet taps was scolding!
Sometimes queues for the two toilets were lengthy when everyone was on site.

This was our 2nd visit to the site and we enjoyed it just as much as last year, only this time was better since we had lovely weather! The pitch sizes are generous and marked out in large circles with space at the front to park, which makes the site more interesting than the usual rows of pitches you find in most sites. Whilst there's only 2 toilets and 2 showers we found that was not a problem as they were kept really clean and tidy and proportionate to the size of the site. The showers were nice and powerful too. None of us had to wait long to use the facilities as even though the site was full, it wasn't overcrowded so no issues. There's no electric hookup but if you desperately need to charge your phone the site owners have put a plug point in the washing up area where you can charge up if you need to (we bring charging blocks when theres no EHU), they will also freeze your ice blocks if you need it. Mundesley is a lovely village with a great beach which you can walk to easily from the site. The kids enjoyed the beach and there's a great pub called the Ship which overlooks the sea. There was an open air cinema on Sunday evening at Gold Park which is in the village, which we enjoyed with the kids (I think they do this every August bank holiday - at least they did last year). All in all the hosts did a great job of checking twice a day on the campers and were really friendly too. We'll come back for a mini break next year for sure - well worth a visit.

Amazing site, cannot express enough how clean it was. Each pitch was carefully mown out of the long grass with little pathways through the grass to get to facilities. Shower was superpowerful and there was even a plug socket for the phones! Ali was often around to check all was well. We loved it.

Wonderful small site, with very clear instructions and information. The facilities were very clean and tidy, and much more than we expected from a small site to be honest.
The host came to greet us and explain where everything was, and we saw them on site cleaning through the stay. I particularly love the meadow feel of the site, as the long grass between pitches gave a sense of privacy you wouldn't usually get. They have planted a lot of trees and plants around the site, so I imagine this will only get better over time. We will definitely be back.

It was only a short walk into the village which has shops and beachfront activities as you'd expect.
