The location was fab, loved the horses and donkeys. Really enjoyed you had the run of the place in the evenings. The views were incredible. The owner seemed very friendly. The facilities were very basic but very clean.

The children’s play areas could do with a bit of modernisation. It all seemed a bit tired.

Delighted with the camp site. Adored the animals and there was so much for the children to do rain or shine. A wicked sheltered sand pit, awesome playground and go kart track and even a little indoor soft play area in the cafe. Extremely happy with being able to hire out a camp fire and buy food on site too. Very impressed. We didn’t end up getting to do the stuff they had on offer like carriage ride (we will next time) but they had a list of things going every day which looked amazing and also an incredibly interesting museum to explore. Will 100% be coming here again!

They had problems with the showers so we didn’t end up being able to use them but it wasn’t really too much of an issue. Very accommodating and helpful otherwise.

Excellent as always. Lovely site with great facilities. Added bonus that there was a visit from the Household Cavalry and drum horses while we were there

Safe to say we all had a wonderful time meeting the animals! The campsite has fabulous views and a variety of play areas for the kids - the sand shed being a firm favourite!
The team are very friendly and helpful, for us it was a home from home!

A very warm welcome, on a very warm day helped our few days on the farm start off on the right foot.
A beautiful setting amongst amazing horses with plenty for young kids to do, with daily activities involving the horses.
Facilities have everything you need, plenty of showers etc.
I can't recommend enough!

The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome.
The animals were gorgeous and well cared for, my daughter absolutely loved them.

The cafe was overpriced for what it was and quite disappointing. I think realistically if your asking for £6 for a sandwich it needs to be a great sandwich.
Could do with separate toilets and showers.

Friendly staff that helped when needed and made the children happy by given them a ride on the trailer to see few of the animals.

Nice little park area for the kids and room to play football.

We had a wonderfully pleasant stay! Campsite was spotlessly clean with so much going on for the children! Staff were super friendly and accommodating! The views were spectacular - the toilet/showers could do with a little updating but that didn’t affect our stay - we had a great time all round! And the weather was perfect which was an added bonus! Our little one loved the play areas and made full use of everything that was on offer including the activities running on the farm today such as the land train, lamb feeding, donkey grooming etc!

Horses beautiful from what I seen and looked after well.

We didn't stay in the end. Unable to find staff after looking for over half an hour. Had a look around. Everything looked really run down. Outside play area overgrown and rusty, alot if TLC needed. Cafe and shop were closed and into play area looked as though everything had faded, there wasn't much in there and looked really run down. Lack of communication prior to arriving. Nothing appeared to be as to what I saw online, in pictures and on reviews. I'm sorry but there was no way I'd let my child play in the out door or indoor play area. I used the toilet facilities whilst looking for staff and I'd also say I'd go the whole weekend without having a shower as cleanliness not up to standard.
