I was impressed with the camping field, the park/sand BARN and the other facilities for younger children.
The owner was really friendly.
There was a garage/farm shop near the entrance for things not available at the onside shop/cafe. Really close to some lovely places too.
Overall, our son really enjoyed his first camping experience here.N'a pas aimé : Again I reiterate that I am not a camper. I personally found the loo/showers a bit off-putting... although the electric shower was hot/powerful enough...

Having such a great local shop nearby is certainly popular with visitors and very handy as within walking distance. We hope to see you again sometime soon. Our facilities are nearer basic than high end but this is reflected in our pricing which we feel offers great VFM. We hope to see you sometime soon on the farm.

All the campers complied with the rules and the campsite was very peaceful at night from 2230hrsN'a pas aimé : On arrival I walked around the farm area looking for someone / somewhere to check in.
After 20 minutes a young girl showed us to the tent pitch area. Basically a free for all… no pegged pitches and no boundaries.
The toilet and shower facilities were very disappointing and in desperate need of updating. There were 3 showers in total and 1 wasn’t working whilst we were there. The childrens play area and facilities were okay but need a lot of safety checks. The net was ripped and the poles holding the net are rusty and broken. Such a shame!
The farm was closed on the Friday and Saturday so didn’t have access to this ( as booking stated )
Not very well lite when going to the toilet at night.
Thanks for your review but we do not recall you raising any concern when with us. All guests normally pay at reception on arrival & are given a guest information sheet & map. We do not offer a "speaking" service but we are available to raise any concerns & our information sheet has mobile numbers to make contact. All toilets are checked regularly. All we ask is if there is an issue then let us know at the time. We feel we offer a VFM campsite with an authentic farm experience. Entry to Dyfed Shires is included in the price. We accept we are not for everyone & we are fine with that. If you want bigger, better, newer etc the the reality is you will have to pay more and we wish you well camping elsewhere.
