Asked my husband for his email address to set up an account to load money on, they had already set it up in my email address but we didn’t know. Took us nearly 2 hours to get electricity working. WiFi £12 for 24 hours isn’t the cheapest but does work well.

Staff was so apologetic and helpful though, not there fault, this was down to the kitchen staff. Other visitors had similar problem with waiting times, wrong food or not cooked.

We are local to Dawlish but wanted somewhere close to home but somewhere that still felt like we were on holiday and Cofton did just that and ticked all the right boxes. We arrived and from the get go we had a great experience. From being greeted by one of the groundsman hosts where he took us to the field where we were to pitch up, gave us the option ourselves to pitch up where we wanted to and as we were with other family members it was great as we could pitch together. The views fantastic, the toilets were a bit far away for where we were pitched due to the field being already quite full when we arrived on Friday but other than that it was a great pitch and washing facilities within a 3/4 minute walk. We used the washing machine and tumble dryer facilities available too which were reasonably priced and all washing detergent included which is always a bonus. The washing facilities were always clean and kept on top of, even the cleaners were polite when greeted. The only downfall of the showers is that the water timer of 3 seconds was a pain when washing, unless you hold the button then youre washing 1 handed.
The rest of our time at Cofton was great, entertainment of an evening hit the spot with us and other guests who were enjoying it around us, we thoroughly enjoyed the magic show put on. Drinks were pricey but I guess thats the price you pay for being on holiday.
The outdoor pool was a welcomed extra for us especially with the recent weather, it was enjoyed by us to keep us nice and cool although the Saturday was crammed we found a spot to sit and enjoy the weather, sunday less people more space and more time to enjoy the pool facilities.. and very attentive life guards who were on the side watching over the safety of everyone.
The shop, full of anything and everything you could think of! Kept us topped up with ice and refreshments as and when we needed.
Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here and already planning on our next visit.
