Pitch was in a great position

Bar prices far to expensive, no house wine which is always an opportunity to give good value ordered a large glass of white wine and at £10 I think is expensive and I have been a hotel manager for 45 years and not come across a place that does not do a house wine.

Lovely setting spacious for our tent set up. Great walking distance into Dawlish Warren. Clean toilet and washing facilities and plentiful across the whole site. Site facilities great for little ones.

Bit pricey at the chip shop and long waiting times but busy periods as expected really.

Great pitch for our camper van, great campsite overall, with a large outdoor pool, large shop for groceries.
Well kept clean site, very close to train stations and bus routes.

Toilets/showers became worse, once young families with kids arrived over the weekend. (felt sorry for the poor cleaners having to deal with the mess)

There are several large fields all with toilet blocks , maybe put the young families together in a field, would help keep the other toilet blocks cleaner.

The barrier gate only stsrted opening for us on the last day we were there (we stayed fri-mon), all other times we had to bell reception for it to be opened. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

This site is absolutely incredible! The facilities are amazing, especially with young children. The parks, swimming pools, soft play, restaurants, entertainment was all just wonderful.

The motor home pitch was great, spacious and near the facilities we needed. Toilets and showers were very clean.

The only downside we found was that we spent around £50 in the arcade, and won enough tickets for a squishy toy that was worth about £2!!

Food was nice and fresh, lots for kids to do and see, location great too

Professional staff. Excellent location. Near bus stops, restaurant, entertainment, toilets & showers, food, prices, cleanliness & lots more.

In all honesty we found everything perfect & have no negative observations or complaints.

The facilities, entertainment team and the team behind bar worked really hard to make our holiday a special one. Arcade was really good and we loved that there were 4 pool tables and managed to always get on on. Location is fantastic base to go and explore the area, we even went all the way to Newquay in Cornwall. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked to stay at Cofton next July and have recommend it to friends of ours for August this year.

The extras for indoor pool but unless you go to terms and conditions you would not know that you have to pay to get in. I was told steam room/sauna if you want to use it, but not if you were under 16 so could not use it with my son. Charged for internet that would not work. Positives definitely out way the negatives though.

Very clean, great facilities and staff were so friendly.
