It's also great to know you appreciated the showers without the push-button timers—definitely a comfort when camping! We’re really sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with the heat in the toilet/shower block and the space on your pitch. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially in hot weather. We’ll definitely take your feedback into account to ensure that the temperature and space are more comfortable for future guests. As for the pool area, we hear you on the need for more shade options and we’ll explore adding more umbrellas or shaded seating to improve the experience. Regarding the solar-powered shower block, we're sorry the water temperature didn’t meet your expectations and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll look into the hot water issue to ensure that future guests have a more comfortable experience. We also regret that you found the noise from the clubhouse and vehicle traffic disruptive. We’ll assess how we can minimise noise and provide quieter areas for guests, who prefer a more peaceful environment. Your concern about the cashless system is important and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. While we are moving towards a more cashless experience for operational efficiency and saftey, we understand that not all guests prefer this and we’ll continue review our payment options.
