N'a pas aimé : We booked in to site but didn’t actually stay there. We decided to wild camp instead. After seeing the grass pitch we weren’t to keen on spending the night there in our camper van. It was very muddy on the way up to site and I didn’t want to risk getting stuck. Weather not their fault. But I didn’t like the idea of going in later that day and having to find a pitch . I would have preferred it to be allocated they I would know that was ours. The walk to the toilet block would have been muddy.
We are sorry to hear that your experience of our pitches wasn't as you had expected. Our campsite has dedicated staff available at reception 9am to 5pm to assist our guests, who would have been more than happy to address any issues you encountered. Lots of our campers enjoy the unallocated pitches but we will pass your feedback on to the relevant teams.

N'a pas aimé : Mother in law had an electric grass pitch which was right next to the gate to the field, so it was very noisy with all the cars driving in all day (and at night when people were driving to the toilets!) and not very safe for my toddler. Could a speed limit be put in place? Facilities are too narrow and toilet cubicles are difficult to get into. Also could do with more facilities as when we visited this time the site was full and there were queues most of the time for the toilets and showers.

This is a rare occurrence and is against our site rules. We do have a speed limit on site so apologies if some guests were not adhering to this. We do hope to see you again in future.
