Hello Vicky, We are saddened to learn that the behaviour of some campers was unacceptable during the Bank Holiday weekend. Selfish and disrepectful campers are not welcome here. We do appreciate being told. Any anonymous evidence is welcome and can help us to identify the group so that we can refuse them a pitch in the future and ask them to leave if necessary. Our security team do visit at night but we shall ask them to be extra viligent especially on busy weekends. A member of staff had approached them before they departed and found them to be exceedingly rude. It is not what anyone wants. Thankfully this is a rare occurance at Lakeside. On the positive side we are pleased that the site, the location and the team met your approval and we look forward to welcoming you back one day.
