A very nice site, site staff very helpful. New shower bloke very nice short walk to Shrewsbury town centre. Very peaceful site.

Toilet bloke needs updating but it's a Large showground.

Big site excellent location for a walk into the town centre, easy 15 minutes. Good space between vehicles and mainly level pitched, all with electric hookup and water.
We set up near the toilet and shower block.
It is a showground/ sports ground so facilities are basic, very popular site though, it was quite busy. Hats off to those brave souls in tents! We'll be going again.

Toilets are basic but a lot of them. 4 shower cubicles, unisex, each one having shower, toilet and sink, bit like portacabins but did the job.
Our electric went off - it rained non stop and there were 4 cables into a hook up box, bit inconvenient but we moved to the pitch opposite in the morning and that worked fine. Spiders in the cubicles, just needs a daily dust.

We had a great time in Shrewsbury. Campsite really convenient for walking into town. Clean showers and toilets. Very quiet campsite. Will definately be back.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the campsite. It is obvious that facilities have been enhanced (I love the cubicles with toilet, washbasin and shower). I would thoroughly recommend this as an ideal place to stay when visiting Shrewsbury.

Rubbish was not collected promptly. The wheelie bins provided were overflowing and could have attracted vermin

Love this site. Always clean and staff friendly. Went with my daughters and the grandchildren. Plenty of space. Ideal for the grandchild to have some freedom but still be nearby us adults. Lovely to be able to pop down to the river for a cool down. Been here before and will definitely go again.
