A aimé Flat pitch. Well organised. Clean. Excellent location for accessing hills, lakes and coast.

N'a pas aimé The big camping field is further from a toilet than any other part of the site.
Wardens aren't around after 5pm. Site relies on CCTV for security, and you will be visible and being recorded on CCTV wherever you are on site.
We were doing a running event and some epic walks, so we were in bed super early. But, be aware that if you want to go out for an evening you will need to drive or get a taxi.

We appreciate your comments about the distance to the toilets from the non electric camping field. We do have a planning application in to locate a shower block in this field. There is always some one available in an emergency. Our CCTV is in place for everyone’s safety and piece of mind. The bus will stop by our entrance, which would be another option for getting around.

A aimé Loved everything! Location is great, lots of activities and places to visit nearby. The shower and toilet facilities are brilliant and close by, modern and clean. The games barn is a great idea. Peaceful site and looks beautiful.

N'a pas aimé Not dislikes but there could be some recycling stations around the site and I think a wooden trim trail style park would be great for the kids.

A aimé Clean quiet site. Friendly staff close to places to visit including both zip world’s. Toilets and showers very clean and well illuminated at night. Pitches well spaced.

A aimé Really enjoyed our time here, it was quiet and very pleasant, especially in the evening and at night.

The facilities were spotless and well kept as were the surrounding grounds.

It was nice to be so close to caenarfon, it literally took us less than 10 minutes to drive there. We stayed two nights in the end, supposed to be 3 but the weather was due to take a turn so we left whilst all our equipment was dry!

There were some things for the kids to do as well on site which was nice. Pool table, table tennis, outdoor bowling and a foosball table.

Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

A aimé Great location, great facilities, the camping site for tents has a great back drop view of Snowdon. Plenty of space on each pitch, definitely will return. Easy check in, very helpful & patient as we arrived a lot later than expected due to motorway traffic.
Very quiet site, the shower block exceptionally clean & looked after.
Quiet, peaceful experience 10/10

A aimé Loved the location! We went up Snowden, Llanberis, Dinorwic and Anglesey (All pretty close) The camp is very well kept, we were down the bottom in the Tent Field and although we were out all day, it was very chilled atmosphere when we would come back. A couple of others like us having camp fires and just relaxing. Hired a fire pit that was only £10. We had a small toilet block at the end of the lot that had 2 toilets and a shower. All new and very clean and looked after and there were more blocks around the site! All round pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

N'a pas aimé We had a sloped pitch but most are flat.
Toilet block by electric pitch is VERY slippy when wet. I slipped in the rain and hurt by back and banged my head. Be wary of the decking that doesn’t have the grass covering.
A bit of road noise but nothing major.

A aimé Peaceful and relaxed. We booked a tent pitch with electric and we were pleasantly surprised to find we had been allocated a generously sized pitch, complete with its own water and electricity supply, within easy reach of the facilities. The facility blocks were always kept in excellent condition. The site seemed quiet and calm despite other campers coming and going throughout the week.
