Warner Farm Touring Park

A aimé : Nice and calm campsite with good facilities, toilets and showers. Good access to all of the pools and entertainment on the other sites, my girls had great fun!

N'a pas aimé: A little noisy as we were placed near the entrance, but we still slept really well!

A aimé : Facilities on site, proximity to beach, reasonable pricing for an electric pitch and inclusive of free access to pools.

N'a pas aimé: Pitches are way too close together. Stayed on Warner farm, unfortunately we had unsavoury neighbours and in general it was a very noisy/s site. Cars driving around at all hours close to tents, driving fast, shouting, talking, honking horns, literally till 2/3a.m. Antisocial behaviour going unregulated. Saw no security at night, evident from prolonged disturbance on both nights. Yes, I know I could've called security, but guests shouldn't have to, and why couldn't the company monitor noise levels etc and set up basic respectful rules?. I asked for a pitch away from road and wc, and was given a pitch right next to the road and bins. There should be a no noise policy, vehicles should not be allowed to drive in/out of camping area at night. As a parent, I have to say I was on edge both nights, and slept very little. Its a shame the management don't properly regulate massive groups, noise etc, as what happens is these people then completely taint everyone else's camping experience. Not relaxing at all. Simply could be improved by keeping groups of young folks, or much larger groups, away from families, couples etc. Designate a "quiet" area. It's a real shame as it will put a lot of people off, as just seems like management don't really care. If they did, they wouldn't have come up with thd excuse "all pitches are full" to not move me, despite knowing where they were placing me with two young kids, only for many pitches on site remaining vacant. Come on guys, we're all allowed to have fun but it shouldn't be at the expense of other (ideally)

N'a pas aimé: No fishing on booking asked for fishing this site came up with fishing on site so daughter booked for a Father’s Day present for my husband as he has mental health problems on arrival my husband asked where fishing was and was told no fishing there so he spent Frist day in camper didn’t come out and then we left the following day so only stayed one night instead of 2 you should update your website on what’s available

N'a pas aimé: - Limited opening times: Everything closes at 5. Shop, pool, attractions. Unless you are between the ages of 3 and 8, that's a bit inconvenient to say the least. Parents want a quick swim when the kids sleep? No chance. Dinner at a restaurant? Forget it. Want to hand in your freezer blocks to reception to freeze in the evening? Nope. - Staff are rude - They claim to be a family park, but 'no ball playing anywhere'. From my pitch I could see 8(!) signs. Very passive-aggressive signage. I also saw a ball confiscated by a member of staff. - No waste separation. Around the main sanitary building there were 14 (!) waste containers that said 'general waste only, no recyclables'. But i could not find any recycling station at all. - Super exposed pitches, no privacy and extremely windy, due to the location. Instead of investing in hedges to make it more comfortable, they maximized space for profit.
