A aimé So much space for your pitch. Very welcoming and very quiet. Location is excellent for Milford on sea and only 15 minutes to Brockenhurst. Clean and tidy showers and loos.

The site is large so everyone has lots of space and there’s plenty of room for kids to run and play. The facilities were very clean and kept well stocked with plenty of toilet roll, soap and hand towels. The separate area for teeth brushing is a great idea as is pizza night on Friday, these were delicious!
We had a great stay here over the bank holiday weekend and I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Very unwelcoming, unaccommodating, disrespectful, and hostile hosts

N'a pas aimé Host attitude was terrible. They were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially, Molly. They treated us like small misbehaving children and seemed very annoyed at having us as customers in general. Despite us being only moderately loud and responding to their requests to keep it quiet (note that small kids were much louder than us), they threatened to kick us out or force us to split up into smaller groups on different ends of the pitch and not gather together. They also accused us of malice and intentionally violating "all of their terms and conditions". Very bad experience, in general. We will definitely avoid this campsite next time.

Réponse du gestionnaire : We work hard to provide a peaceful environment for all guests, which is why we have a group-size limit and quiet time after 10pm. Your party made multiple separate bookings to bypass the group-size policy, arrived after are standard setup time and did not check in, presumably to avoid detection before you set up! Noise continued well past the quiet time despite repeated requests to reduce the volume. Several nearby guests raised concerns, so our team acted in accordance with our published terms and conditions to ensure everyone could enjoy their stay. We welcome guests of all ages, but we ask that everyone follow the same rules.
Great site, facilities and location. Would definitely recommend!

A aimé This site was wonderful. Well run and managed, a great space. Everything provided for. Lovely clean and luxury toilets, great washing up area, showers and even teeth cleaning area with mirrors!
Drinking water available at multiple locations.
Beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by horses and trees.
A short walk from the lovely town of Milford-on-sea and the beach.
Delicious and well organised pop up pizza on the Friday night, which was a real bonus!

A aimé Large field and able to pitch anywhere. Close to Milford on Sea and the bus stop for Lymington. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic but clean facilities. Excellent pizza pop-up on the Friday. New Forest ponies on site. Good arrival and departure times.
