A aimé : We enjoyed our mini break, site is very Beautiful with lots of wildlife. Me and my daughter had the pool to ourselves which was relaxing.

A aimé : Pool was lovely, not too packed with children at weekends due to booking system, off peak last week pool was perfect and warm from solar panels with back up system. All facilities clean and easy to use. Little shop for treats and some basics Food in cafe was exceptional, beautifully presented, need to cook burgers slower as they were very dark outside but perfect inside , nice choice of food. Good salad mix. Friendly site. we visited the monkey forest trentham 1 hrs drive away arranged to feed them breakfast booked when slots available in november to visit in may fabulous experience they had babies and young which were entertaining and so very cute !! Our tower for electric and water was cracked and leaking we forgot to tell them .it was like that when we arrived . There is a grass area for football and a tennis court, the dog walking area is perfect with poo bin and welly wash area. Wildlife in abundance especially canada geese , ducks etc due to fishing lake.
N'a pas aimé: Needed to ring to get gate opened when we needed to leave at 8am for monkey experience but they were happy to oblige.wifi slow and kept cutting off .

A aimé : Lovely friendly staff very helpful. Beautiful site. Excellent amenities clean and good showers. My 9 year old loved the place.

A aimé : The on site shop for essential items, the restaurant if you don’t want to make anything. The bonus of the swimming pool.
N'a pas aimé: Shower/toilet facilities could use an upgrade, but adequate.

A aimé : Lovely family site. Lots to do for all children of different ages. Toilets and shower facilities immaculate.
N'a pas aimé: Expensive compared to other sites but not stopped us re booking. We have visited manor wood 3 times now and will book in future also

A aimé : Clean toilets and showers. Very picturesque.
N'a pas aimé: Not for families with small children. Was a very loud site with people up blasting music past midnight waking my children up throughout the night. I spoke with reception and they did take it serious but they can only do things from after 10pm so we had lots of shouting, screaming even swearing children running round our tent whilst our children were trying to get to sleep. The children that were running around the site swearing and being nasty to other children were residents with caravans on the site. They had no respect for others on the site and were running around the tent and car even when asked to stop. A child nearly ran into our firepit when we were roasting marshmallows as they just didnt have any respect for others areas. Luckily i screamed to stop before they got hurt! One of the children punched my son in the eye when they were playing football right infront of our tent. The shower facilities were a short walk and only one block for all guests as well as those who use the pool. As for the pool when we booked on pitch up it said the pool wasn't open. When we arrived I heard a member of staff say to a resident that the pool was open early. When I asked at reception she just pulled a funny face and said sorry! Would of been nice to of known they were opening the pool earlier as the children would of enjoyed that. For £180 for an electric tent pitch was very overpriced as no special facilities were used such as the pool as we weren't aware that it was open.
