Jasmine Park

A aimé The pitch sizes were really good and the site is well maintained, has a good feel to it and staff were always on hand. The kids loved the park/play area and it felt safe for them. The water points and bins were well kept and plenty of them to use. We had a really good weekend, the site is in a nice setting, close to the coast and the kids were happy there.

N'a pas aimé Although the toilets and showers were closed from 12.30-2.00 each day for cleaning, the toilets were clean but I felt that the showers were not particularly nice and timed water is just not long enough. The family bathroom isn't a nice experience, went to use it and decided against it. The 11pm quiet time is good if iit's adults only but too late when children are in bed

A aimé Great pitches, loads of space, clean and such a lovely inviting atmosphere. The keepers are friendly and welcomed us on site.
Facilities are adequate and clean, a little walk from camping site to toilets but not terrible.
We really really enjoyed our stay and would return as in a great location.

N'a pas aimé Pigeons hooting early hours - I mean ALOT of them. I personally didn’t care but they irritated the husband

As for the pigeons… we do our best to keep everything shipshape at Jasmine Park, but the local wildlife don’t always follow the rules. We’ll happily remind them about the curfew next time!

The 11pm rule is too late for people to be quiet. Most campsites we have been to are 10pm. There were people running around shouting and music playing until 10.30pm when our son was trying to sleep

We do have an 11pm quiet time in place to ensure everyone can enjoy their evening while also keeping things peaceful overnight. Members of our team check around the park during the evening, and should any guest need assistance, an on-call number is always available at reception. We’re sorry to hear you experienced some disturbance before 11pm, as this isn’t the norm on the park, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it so that all guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

A aimé Everything, we had a lovely camping weekend. Our little girl enjoyed the freedom of being able to independently explore the park. (We were based within eyesight of the park)

A aimé Great family site. Very clean toilets & facilities. Very quiet location too. Large pitches

N'a pas aimé I don't understand why all toilet & wash up facilities are located by the caravans & lodges, the majority of which have their own facilities. The tent sites were quite a distance & as someone who has mobility issues I found this extremely difficult & don't feel I could return for that reason.

We’re sorry to hear the location of your pitch made things more difficult for you. If mobility issues are mentioned at the time of booking, we can usually allocate a pitch closer to the facilities to make things easier. Hopefully this means that if you choose to return, we’ll be able to offer a pitch that better suits your needs.

N'a pas aimé The site is set up for static caravans and tourers as the toilet and shower facilities are situated at that end of the site.
Other camps had taken their own toilet set up and would recommend doing the same.

Our facilities are positioned so that both touring and camping guests can use them, but we do understand that some campers choose to bring their own set-up for convenience. N'a pas aimé Toilets to far from tent campsite,pitch size too small and is definitely not dog friendly….no ware on site to exercise dogs.Dogs have to be tied up all the time even if you need the toilet dogs have to be tied up outside the building.Shop very under stocked which is a shame as main supermarket miles away.

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do have rules in place regarding dogs on site and quiet hours in the evenings. These are communicated in advance and apply equally to everyone staying with us. While we understand this may not have suited your needs on this occasion, we hope you were still able to enjoy your time exploring the surrounding area.

A aimé Beautiful site, loads of space between pitches, great service getting a pitch next to our friends, easy to book and access, lovely park for the kids, excellent facilities in the shower/toilet/washing up block, friendly staff.

Pitch sizes can sometimes feel different depending on personal preference, but many guests do comment on how spacious they find them. All pitches meet the space requirements we’re obliged to follow, so we hope you’ll feel comfortable returning again in the future.
