Ajoutez vos coordonnées professionnellesIf you’re after total peace and quiet, and not too much human interaction at all, you’re looking in the right place, for Southfields Bell Tents offers exclusive use of the whole site – yes, you can have it all to yourself. In fact, your only company is likely to be the two miniature donkeys Ava and Molly, grazing happily in a neighbouring field.
Located in a rural setting near Retford in Nottinghamshire, cosily luxurious accommodation is in a prettied-up glamping bell tent sleeping two (ideal for couples looking for a bit of together time), although it is possible to add in another single bed. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.
A firepit and outdoor camping kitchen are provided, so you can spark up a barbecue and eat outside at the wooden picnic table on warmer days.
Don’t fancy barbecuing? Just take a stroll down to the foodie pub in Egmanton village – it’s only 10 minutes on foot so you can leave the car behind and make a night of it. Just one thing – as there isn’t any electricity at the glampsite, remember to take a torch with you so you can find your way back to the bell tent.
No need to fret about keeping in touch with the outside world though: there is a facility available for charging phones and tablets.
