My 13 and 11 year olds were able to swim in the lake whilst me and my 3 year old played in the park area. We also loved that there is fishing. Loads of places to walk and explore. Also the staff were amazing. Somehow our pod managed to lock us out (the catch fell when we pushed the door up from the outside), but the staff were fantastic and it was no bother to help us open the door again. We will definitely be back again.
No me gustó: Not so much a dislike, but a bigger range in the shop would be nice as then wouldn’t need to leave the site to get food bits / bbq.
Lovely rural site with well kept facilities, friendly staff.

Really peaceful most of the time. It got busy over the bank holiday weekend but that was to be expected with the beautiful weather. Although it was full it didn’t feel crowded.
