    The proximity to the lake; ability to launch your own equipment; beautiful location; clean facilities; size of the campsite (not too big).

    Friendly and happy to help staff. Roomy pitch. You can hire a cooking equipment for a small fee so dont really need to overfill your car with camping stuff. Beautiful view of the lake. There is a playground on site wich the children really enjoyed. Clean washing facilities. I must say the ensuite type shower with toilet and sink made my camping expierence even better. Deliciuos breakfast at the cafe. Campsite is calm, campers get dead quiet after 11pm. Its lit at night time.

    Coded locks for the toilet at night time when you are bursting and sleapy and without glasses...

    Tranquil lakeside setting.
    Shower/ loo block was warm and clean.
    Recycling area was well kept and organised.
    Pitches are flat and well spaced. The pitches are clearly marked.
    Clean dish washing area.
