The pod was perfect! Especially for the price. The site is brilliant! And the staff wow 10/10 so friendly and helpful will deffo be back!!

Nothing everything was great

The pods were great and the location was fantastic. Short walk to the beach as well as shorter drives to breath taking walks.

The showers were freezing with no hot water. Staff mentioned I go to a sister site to have a shower. Which would have been a good option if the showers there weren’t awful. Food prices at the bar were astoundingly high for the quality of the food. This is not exactly the sits fault but their chilled ambience was ruined by the state some ‘roundabout painter’ got himself in on the night, after he was kicking off and fighting locals in the bar he then proceeded to shout and wake up my sleeping 3 year old at 1am and puked all over the pod outdoor area and left bottles of vodka and cans lying around for us to find in the morning. Not really giving the family friendly vibe the place had when we arrived. We were lucky with the weather, if the weather was awful the trip could have been different. Debated booking again until the last night fiasco and the shower situation.

Pub nice, food good. Good location for beach.

No hot water in showers. Noisy neighbours all night. Pod not cleaned.

Pods were without fault. Totally lived up to expectations and more as were very cosy.

No hot water. So we basically had no showers during our stay. Fortunately a relative lived close by so we got a shower on day 1 however we had to leave early on day 2 as we had to go home for a shower. Totally unacceptable.

This is the third time that we have stayed at Scoutscroft and we have always received a lovely and friendly welcome. The site is always immaculately kept and the pods are clean, very cosy and a joy to spend the night in.
The chip shop when we were last there was a wonderful surprise as we hadn't had food from it on our previous visits. The fish and chips and my scampi and chips that we enjoyed on Friday night, were cooked to perfection, thank you very much for that. On the following night we thoroughly enjoyed a perfect pizza in the bar before our early night in our pod.

There is nothing to dislike at all

Pod was great. Very warm. Comfortable, clean. Lovely location. Great for what we wanted. Beach nearby is gorgeous, village is lovely

Long walk to the toilet

Lovely site nice pod lots of space with add bonus of tv and fridge. Stayed with 2 young children who loved the site and entertainment. Staff all friendly would definitely visit again

Nice camping pods, cosy and good size.
Lovely walks and beach nearby.
Nice fish and chips on site, small play park, arcades room and lovely entertainment team.
Shower/toilet facilities clean and warm. Nice warm water all day.

Loved the pods was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We love camping but this gave us the luxury of heating and lighting in November which was just perfect. Lovely location and the women at the bar were lovely really friendly and welcoming. For the price cannot fault anything.
