No me gustó: The parking is not on the side of the pod.
The toilet and shower block is relatively far from the pods.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The relaxed feel to the site . Staff were really helpful and friendly and could do enough for you . The pod was basic but good value for the money . We took two nine year olds girls and they loved it .
No me gustó: The only downside was the toilets and washrooms which were quite far from pods and could do with some repair but to be it honest it all added to the fun .

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The manager was absolutely choked with the cold but bless her was still in work and made us so welcome, she even went the extra mile and had my friend and I in pods next to each other as requested but hadn’t been put through by assume head office. There was also another lady there who had dark hair who was absolutely brilliant and as there was no entertainment scheduled organised some arts and crafts for our children. They two were absolutely wonderful and hope they are recognised.
No me gustó: I hate to be negative but it was quite inconvenient when both the young staff members went for break at the same and was considerable wait for service, I had to go looking for someone. The mattresses in the pods are absolutely horrific, it was so bad I wouldn’t return again purely because of this. My neighbour had been the week before and warned me so I brought and extra duvet just to sleep on but it was still awful.

No me gustó: The pod-the bed was rock hard, never slept!
The bistro-no food was on as the kitchens were closed! Had to order from the fish and chip shop !
The smaller pub was shut and we were told there wasn’t enough staff to open it!
Came out the back way to go to the pod and there was no lights at all, extremely dangerous!
The walk to the toilets and showers was quite a way, they should have been nearer the pods or even another lot made for the pods,
The receptionist had no idea what was on , if meals were available and was a waste of time!

No me gustó: We never managed to get on our holiday as my husband was very ill and taken to hospital unfortunately and the experience from trying to get our money back or put on hold to go another time was unsatisfactory there was no effort made to help just told nothing can do and to pass it to a friend. Not something that should have been suggested considering the situation even though it states in medical emergencies refunds can be given. This was our first time going and it wasn’t the best start especially since we never got. Not sure we will book again to go here we might look elsewhere now. I understand refunds can’t just be given but under the circumstances of my husband being very ill in hospital I would of expected a bit more communication and help with either refunding or holding for another date that we can go.
