Nice site in a great place to explore the area . Spacious pitches and an immaculate shower/toilet block.
Staff were very friendly and handy shop on site .
Very dog friendly, plenty of walks from the site but also a short drive to walks, restaurants etc.
Perfect ten out of ten, highly recommend a visit.

We like Everything about Orcaber nicely situated for settle lakes or Lancaster all within driving distance Clapham is within walking distance but on some of the main road .

Brilliant site with or without children. Quite and peaceful. Turn left or right out of site and you have the whole of north to explore .

Absolutely everything! What a site - gorgeous surroundings from the moment we looked out our pod, to the local area on the way to the shop or finding a place to hike.
We hired a pod for 2 nights and safe to say we are 100% decided on returning next year - well worth the 4 hour drive!
The facilities are very modern and absolutely spotless, we've been to many sites and never seen one this clean. The showers are great, hair dryers are provided and lovely soap and moisturiser in the toilets. The site in general is well maintained with plenty of recycling bins too which is always a massive green flag for us. There's an enclosed dog exercise field across the road too which is super handy. Sharon who we met on site is so helpful and friendly too. The shop sells an array of things although we didn't need to buy anything, it was helpful knowing it was there. Gutted we departed prior to the bacon rolls being cooked on the Sunday morning though - next time!

I stayed in my small camper van on a grass electric pitch. It is the second time I have stayed at this campsite. The site is well arranged, clean, tidy and it's the second lovely welcome I have received on check-in. The clean and tidy includes the toilets, showers and washing up area. It really is the top end of sites I have stayed at in the past. The first time I stayed was with my partner and this most recent time I stayed by myself.
