The facilities are fantastic, nice and warm, clean and plenty of them. The shop is a fantastic bonus for any essentials you might forget. The views from all around the pitch were stunning. You are never far away from amazing walks and towns when you stay here and yet it feels so scenic and quiet. This is our third time staying here and we will continue to! Excellent value for money, thank you!

No me gustó: The only thing we could have done with in the winter was the dog wash station. The water was turned off in case the pipes froze 🤷♀️ 2 cocker spaniels would have been so much easier to wash there than the caravan which is a small factor in why we booked there.

It would be great to see you again and hopefully the weather will have warmed up and the pups can experience our wonderful dog wash.

We are sorry to hear that you feel that you did not receive good customer service on this occasion but, unfortunately when you called on New Years Day to borrow a hosepipe we were not on site to facilitate this request for you.
In terms of no hot water and freezing toilet blocks this is not something that was mentioned when you called us and nor, has it been mentioned by any other guests who were onsite at the same time as yourself.
We do hope to welcome you back to Orcaber Farm in the future.
