Really close to Catbells and Derwent water, and Keswick town as well as smaller areas with cafe, pub just up the road too!
Showers always warm and available

We really do aim to keep everything as clean as we can we are sorry to hear about the pot wash not being great we always ask campers to leave things as they found them but sometimes food can clog up etc! We will make sure we check this area more regular.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: The land was beautiful, facilities did the job, showers were hot. Hosts were very chill and felt at ease from the moment we arrived. Location was incredible, super easy to get on amazing walks, and the local pub was smashing.
No me gustó: The waste management I thought was a bit of a shame, no separation or recycling options, just a big skip. The owners didn't know if anything was recycled. Hot water for washing up was a bit lacking, but it did the job. There were no toilet brushes, so weren't kept that clean.

We try and create a nice environment for all our campers.
With regards to the waste management there is always the option to take your recycling home if possible.

We stayed on a Saturday night and although there was a group camping near us, they were respectful and quiet.
I can see that the field may get muddy if it rains but it’s a field… that’s what happensNo me gustó: –
We do love a camper with common sense!
We love this review we try and manage our campsite so its caters to all needs.

No me gustó: Not really a dislike but there are only 2 toilets for the male users, it would be nice to have 1 or 2 more.
